NAVIGATING PROJECT SUCCESS TOGETHER

Trajectory PMC, LLC specializes in human-centered project management for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. Our focus on aligning vision with action leads to tailored solutions that build trust and enhance impact.

We believe every organization has the potential to enact change through effective project management. By providing practical resources and collaborative strategies, we enhance clarity and alignment across diverse functions and initiatives.

About Me.

I’m a project and portfolio leader who helps mission-driven organizations turn complexity into clarity so people, programs, and communities can thrive. For 25 years, I’ve worked across public sector, nonprofit, tribal, education, and community-based environments, building systems that make work more coordinated, compliant, and human.

As a PMO Director and principal consultant, I specialize in designing structures that scale: intake and prioritization, grant and project tracking, cross-functional policies, stage gates, DARCI/RACI, procurement, change control, data visibility, and stakeholder alignment. I stand up the infrastructure — strategy, governance, tools, cadence so teams can deliver with confidence, not stress.

But structure alone doesn’t create impact. People do.

My approach is human-centered: I build strong work relationships, honor community voice, and adapt solutions to fit the realities of culture, capacity, and funding. I work alongside leadership and front-line teams to make new ways of working usable on day one — and sustainable long after I’m gone.

“Creating success through structure isn’t about bureaucracy. It’s about clarity, trust, and giving people the cadence to win.”
