I’m a project and portfolio strategy leader focused on helping mission-driven organizations transform complexity into clear, scalable systems that support people, programs, and communities. Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked across public sector, nonprofit, Tribal, education, healthcare, and community-based environments, building operational structures that strengthen coordination, accountability, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

As a PMO Director, principal consultant, and creator of SovereignPMO™ and the Sovereign PMO Framework, I specialize in designing governance-aligned infrastructure that helps organizations operate more effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. My work includes PMO design and implementation, grant and project lifecycle management, intake and prioritization systems, procurement and compliance workflows, change management, reporting structures, PMIS integration, cross-functional governance, and operational infrastructure development.

I help organizations move from fragmented processes to coordinated systems by creating the structure, visibility, and operational cadence needed for sustainable execution and informed decision-making.
